These terms apply to MyAkademiya: the website, the staff app, the academies' booking pages and the MyAkademiya phone apps. By using them you agree to these terms and to the privacy policy.
The service
MyAkademiya gives sports and arts academies tools for classes, bookings, payments, families and staff. Each academy runs its own space, sets its own classes, prices and rules, and is responsible for what it offers to families and for its relationship with its staff.
Accounts
- Staff accounts are created by the academy. Parents create their account on the academy's booking page.
- Sign-in is by a code sent to your email. Keep access to your email safe and do not share codes.
- Use only your own account, and only for the academy's work or your family's bookings.
Bookings and payments
Bookings, prices, refunds and cancellations are between the family and the academy, under the academy's own policy. Payments go to the academy through Stripe (or Tabby or Tamara when offered). Academies pay for MyAkademiya by subscription, as shown on the Billing page; they can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the period paid.
Fair use
- Do not try to reach another person's or another academy's information.
- Do not upload anything unlawful, or anything you have no right to share.
- Do not disrupt the service, or use it to send unwanted messages.
Accounts that break these rules may be paused.
Availability and liability
We work to keep MyAkademiya available and the information in it safe, but cannot promise it will never be interrupted. To the extent the law allows, MyAkademiya is not liable for indirect losses, or for the academies' own services, prices and decisions.
