Questions
Do I need a card to start?
No. You get 30 days free with everything switched on. Add a card only when you decide to stay.
Where does parents’ money go?
Straight into your own Stripe account, and your own Tabby or Tamara account for instalments. We never hold it.
Are there other fees?
Stripe, Tabby, Tamara and WhatsApp (Meta) charge their own fees, on your own accounts with them.
Which languages can parents and staff use?
English, Arabic and Russian. Each person chooses their own, and Arabic pages read right to left. Your class names and your own messages stay as you write them; forms can have an Arabic and a Russian version.
Do parents need to download an app?
No. The booking page works in any phone browser. Parents can add it to their home screen to get alerts.
Can I bring my families from my old system?
Yes. Export two spreadsheets, families and who is in which class, and import them in one go. You see what will be added before anything is saved.
What if a payment fails?
Everything keeps working for 30 days while we remind you. After that the app pauses until you pay. Your data is never deleted.
Can I use my own web address?
Yes, for the staff app and for the booking page (for example book.youracademy.com).
